3. Agile response, efficient output of preliminary plans (preliminary design phase)
Senior design team: A design team composed of experienced engineers who can quickly conduct feasibility assessments based on your concepts and use advanced CAD (computer-aided design) software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pro/E, etc.) to outline preliminary 2D/3D pump head models.
Modular and standardized thinking: Within the allowable range, we will consider using mature modular components or standardized interfaces, which can greatly improve design efficiency and stability in subsequent production.
Fine polishing, simulation and optimization (detailed design stage)
(Detailed Design): We will refine the preliminary plan, including precise dimension annotation, tolerance fit, material selection (such as PP, PE, POM, stainless steel, etc., for different chemical compatibility), surface treatment process, etc.
CAE simulation analysis (if applicable): For pump heads with complex structures or strict performance requirements, we will use CAE (computer-aided engineering) software for fluid dynamics analysis (CFD), structural strength analysis (FEA), etc., to predict pump head performance in advance, optimize design, and reduce the number of physical prototype trials and errors.
DFM/DFA considerations (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly): Fully consider the subsequent production process and assembly convenience at the beginning of the design, ensuring that the design scheme not only has superior functionality, but also is easy to manufacture efficiently and at low cost.
